Restoring Balance: A Deep Dive into the Ayurvedic Doshas with Neelam Misra

The Ayurvedic doshas are forces which oversee physiology. There are three main doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. You may have heard of the doshas and their impact on our health, but did you know that the doshas have far reaching effects on time, cellular biology,  seasons, even the hours of the day? 

In this talk/class we will explore the Ayurvedic doshas, their characteristics, and their effects on our psychology and physiology. We will examine the five element theory and how it relates to the doshas. We will also see how the doshas exert their influence on time, seasons, and the hours of the day. We will learn to work with the doshas and bring them into balance.
